The accommodation had a very central location next to the cathedral. Efficient and very attentive staff, offered us wake up calls and ironing. Our fashionable and modern room was equipped with a lovely view, 2 large beds and ample storage.
The staff were unattentive, didn't expect that coming.

The services are GREAT, including a lovely pool. The rooms are a nice size and brand-new with great beds and smoke detectors. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant. Also, the location is unbeatable, minutes from a botanical garden.

Its location is good, close to Malecon Campeche. The room is spotlessly clean and beautifully designed with nice bathroom, a good aircon and comfortable bed.

Lovely, spacious room, newly decorated. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. Would definitely return.
The only downside was that breakfast was not served at the hotel. However, the hotel recommended going to another hotel up the block, which had a large dining room.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the city center was perfect for exploring the historical section. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Marián at the front desk who went above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel also had a refreshing pool where the kids could jump straight in and we could relax with drinks and dinner nearby. the comfort, quality services, and central location made our stay here truly enjoyable.
